Hiboy Bike accepts return requests within 30 days under the conditions described on this page. A return request is not complete until it has been reviewed and return instructions have been provided.

Before returning an item

Contact Info@hiboybike.fr with your order number, product model, reason for the request, and photographs or video when relevant. Do not send a product to the Annecy business address or any other address unless the applicable return address has been provided as part of the authorization.

Return condition

For non-defective returns, the product should be returned in the condition required by the return authorization, with included parts, accessories, manuals, and original packaging where applicable. Products showing damage, missing components, excessive use, or other condition issues may require additional review.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

Contact Hiboy Bike promptly with order details and evidence of the issue so the case can be reviewed before any return shipment is arranged.

Return shipping

Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for return and the circumstances of the case. Any applicable instructions or costs are communicated during the return-authorization process.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued after the returned item or supporting case information has been reviewed. Refunds are normally sent to the original payment method where supported. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply after the refund is issued.
