Payment methods currently available for an order are displayed during checkout. Availability can depend on the customer location, order value, currency, and the payment services enabled for the store.

Authorization and order processing

Submitting payment information does not by itself guarantee that an order has been accepted. Payment authorization, fraud-prevention checks, stock availability, and other order checks may take place before fulfillment.

Payment security

Checkout and payment information is handled through the store platform and the payment providers available at checkout. Hiboy Bike does not ask customers to send full payment-card details by email.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method where supported. Processing time after a refund is issued can depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
